We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, set up your business profile, or contact us — including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details.
We also collect data automatically when you use AionBooking: log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), device identifiers, and usage patterns to help us improve the service.
When your customers make bookings through your storefront, we collect their name, contact information, and booking details to facilitate the appointment.
We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to third parties. We share data only with service providers who help us operate AionBooking: payment processors (Stripe, Paystack), cloud infrastructure (AWS), email/SMS delivery providers, and analytics tools for aggregated metrics.
All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where legal retention requirements apply (e.g., tax records for 7 years).
All data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. We are PCI-DSS compliant for payment data. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests. Employees with access to personal data are trained and bound by confidentiality obligations.
We use cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser or our Cookie Settings panel. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
