By accessing or using AionBooking you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using AionBooking on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@aionbooking.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. We use Stripe for billing.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After three failed attempts your account may be suspended.
Refunds: Annual plan refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Enterprise contracts follow the terms in your order form.
When your customers pay for bookings through your storefront, AionBooking facilitates the payment via Stripe or Paystack. You agree to Stripe's and Paystack's terms of service. Fees collected from customers are disbursed to you according to the payment provider's payout schedule, minus AionBooking's transaction fee where applicable.
AionBooking and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including its software, design, and content. Your booking data and customer data remain yours. You grant AionBooking a limited licence to process and display your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of content you upload.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding fees after notice.
On termination, your public storefront will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, during which you may export it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AionBooking's liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless you are located in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of AionBooking after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
